Each transformation challenge has been a little different but all have been rewarding for participants. It's a group effort in many ways, and the benefits are paid out not only in physical transformation results but also in attitude, in sense of community and in lifestyle change.

As the last-of-summer-hurrahs reach its fever pitch, the Lake Harbor Beach Fitness Class is being held mornings only. This starts tomorrow, August 1st. Current schedule is Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9-10 am. Please inquire about Saturday morning classes. $5 per class.
